Hair Extension Training Courses
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking a training course with Inches by Morgan.
By booking a course through our website, you agree to the following terms, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
1. About Us
Inches by Morgan provides professional, accredited hair extension training courses in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Training is delivered by a qualified and accredited hair extension educator.
2. Course Bookings & Payments
Full payment is required when purchasing an individual hair extension training course through our website.
Payment can be made using the methods available at checkout, including Klarna for eligible customers.
Our combined 3-method hair extension training course is available through direct enquiry only. Dates and payment arrangements for this course are agreed separately.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been accepted and a suitable training date has been agreed.
3. Course Eligibility
No previous hair extension qualifications or experience are required to attend our beginner-friendly courses.
Courses are suitable for complete beginners and individuals looking to develop their existing skills.
Students are expected to participate in practical training and follow all health and safety instructions.
4. Course Content
Training content depends on the course selected and may include:
● Hair and scalp consultations.
● Correct colour matching.
● Identifying suitable extension methods for different hair types.
● Professional fitting techniques.
● Safe removal and maintenance.
● Aftercare advice.
● Styling and finishing techniques.
● Industry tips and professional guidance.
● Information about suppliers and trade accounts.

5. Practical Training & Certification
Courses include practical training, with live model work where specified in the course description.
Students must demonstrate an appropriate understanding of the techniques taught and meet the required assessment standards before receiving their accredited certificate.
Certificates are awarded following successful completion of the relevant training and assessment requirements.
A certificate is not automatically guaranteed solely through attendance.
6. Training Dates & Attendance
Training dates will be confirmed following booking.
Students should arrive promptly and be prepared to participate throughout the training session.
If you expect to arrive late or cannot attend, please contact Inches by Morgan as soon as possible.
Significant lateness or non-attendance may affect your ability to complete the course on the agreed date.
7. Rescheduling
We request a minimum of 14 days’ notice if you wish to reschedule your training.
Where sufficient notice is provided, we will aim to accommodate an alternative available date.
Requests made with less than 14 days’ notice will be considered individually, and any additional charges must be reasonable and lawful.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable UK consumer legislation.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply to an online booking, those rights will be honoured.
Nothing in these terms removes or restricts your legal rights.
9. Changes or Cancellations by Inches by Morgan
We reserve the right to rearrange training dates where reasonably necessary, including trainer illness, emergencies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will aim to provide at least 14 days’ notice wherever possible, except in emergencies.
Where a course cannot proceed as agreed, students will be offered a suitable alternative date or an appropriate refund in accordance with their legal rights.
10. Klarna & Third-Party Payments
Klarna and any other third-party payment providers operate under their own eligibility criteria and payment terms.
Students choosing Klarna are responsible for managing their repayment arrangements directly with Klarna.
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy and statutory consumer rights remain applicable regardless of the payment method selected.
11. Training Materials
Training manuals, course resources and educational materials supplied by Inches by Morgan are intended for the enrolled student’s personal educational and professional use.
These materials must not be reproduced, resold, distributed or used to create competing training materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Professional Responsibilities
Students are responsible for following the professional techniques, hygiene procedures and safety guidance taught during their training.
Completion of a course does not remove the student’s responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance, comply with applicable regulations and work within their competence when providing services professionally.
13. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your training experience, please contact us so we can investigate your concerns and seek a fair resolution.

14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under UK consumer law.
